The website was easy to understand and complete, compared to some websites, as a person who is not comfortable at using these systems. The ultimate praise would be based on actually making a claim and how quickly and efficiently a result would be. Based on the website, I would hope to conclude a claim would be equally efficient

Very efficient and easy and cheap to set up - especially compared to what rental companies try to charge. We rented a car in Italy and were charged 500 Euros for some scratches that we didn't do - but the dodgy company took the money anyway and ignored our appeals (Italy Car Rent - avoid them like the plague!) I put in a claim and it was paid in full within 10 days. Superb, as now we have better memories of the holiday!

Took out a ReduceMyExcess policy for a Car hire in Menirca. On returning the car the rental agency pointed out a stone chip on the rear bumper and changed me accordingly. Reclaiming the amount from ReduceMyExcess was painless and hassle free. I would use them again for future car hire insurance.

Have yet to make a claim thank god but purchasing my policy was quick and easy.
