No idea- in reality the only way one can judge such services is how the custoner is treated if things go wrong and a claim Is made.

Very easy to receive and purchase a quote, fortunately never needed to claim so can’t say much more.

Great, simple experience to get what i needed, all in less than 30 minutes. Product is fit for purpose and we'll priced.

Tried to contact customer services twice, and both time got an automated "we are too busy to help, but here are our faqs" reply. Luckily I never needed to claim, but absolutely terrible service. I don't know what to expect if you ever needed to actually claim for something...
