We have had to make a claim on 2 occasions & the response has been very quick & efficient

I made this purchase on-line. It saved me money by doing so. Everything was fine. I am unable to give 5 stars because, thankfully, I had no cause to claim any excess.

Our hired car was vandalised by a key or similar. The company gave clear instructions on what was needed to make a claim and dealt with it very quickly.

Very easy to setup, I literally did it on my phone whilst I was collecting a rental vehicle. In comparison to the quote the rental company were offering, which was £24 a day, ReduceMyAccess came it at £7, a bargain. Also, this was on a van hire! I also have an annual car hire policy with ReduceMyExcess which is excellent value. I've never had to claim on it but it's peace of mind, considering the rental company had a £2,000 excess “regardless of who was at fault”! Basically saying that if someone crashed into the rental can, I'd be liable for £2,000. Madness which is why I recommend anyone to get a policy with this company instead.

Quick and very easy online application and payment process. RME is so much more transparent cover than hire co’s and good value for money (especially compared to hire co’s) but also other services. Good value and for peace of mind.

Easy to buy and good value against hire company cost for equivalent

A no brainer when it comes to protecting your excess on car hire. Would you rather pay £15 or £1500?

I don't need a continual stream of reminders to renew after I have already renewed. Its one sure way to ******** the client base and motivate them to look elsewhere

The policy did not renew, it seems you purchased a new policy online instead rather than renewal your current policy which means it was still outstanding.
