Clear options and criteria for cover. Easy to navigate and purchase. Having the excess cover makes every car hire worry free.

Poor communication, no call options and live chat only in office hours.

Thankfully didn't have to use my excess insurance but quick and easy to set up at the last minute. Good price too.

All good but would make sense to ask for a review after car returned as cannot comment on the claims process which was the whole point of having the policy. Whoever designed this marketing feedback should change the timing to be after car return.

Have used the service before and fortunately have not had to make any claim although perfect for peace of mind and well worth the cost in comparison to the car hire insurance offered

Very good value for money for can hire cover when judged against Enterprise who want to charge £25 a day. With thier excess at £2500 it is absolutely essential. Fully recommended.
