Good price, did not claim so no further comment possible.

Easy to understand t and c's. Easy navigate website.

All very good so far, I go away on the 22nd and will know more after. Service just the same as before.

Application process was easy to complete and the documents were received immediately. We have used Reduce my Excess before but never had to make a claim on this policy (and hopefully never will) so don't know how efficient the claim process is.

Much better than buying expensive cover from the hire companies.

I'm v happy with how easy it was to get excess insurance with Reduce My Excess. The proof of the pudding will be if I ever need it...John

Although not needed, it was a secure protection to avoid any of those unexpected charges we are all warned about. Always cheaper than the rental car excess insurance charges. Worth taking out.

Always good price and cover, easy to action. I use 'ReduceMyExcess' every time we hire a car abroad. Only had to claim once and had excellent service and boy was I glad we had the cover. One small scratch gained in a car park would have cost us a fortune.

Easy website to use and good value for money

A great service to cover hire car excess. Much cheaper than the hire companies insurance giving you peace of mind when driving abroad.

I have never actually needed to submit a claim.

No much after welching on deal

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately as you've used a discount code, that has invalidated your cash back claim, as we can't honour both promotions. This is also mentioned in the terms and conditions. I hope that's clears things up. Thanks, Dom
