So easy to arrange, at about a fifth of the cost a hire company will charge to remove your excess.

So far no problems but the real test comes when you make a claim

I can only rate the online sign up, and a fast response to a question I had, as, thankfully, I didn't need to make a claim. Sign up was a breeze, and the value is amazing, I'll never sign up to the renter's cover again. My question was answered quickly, supplying me with the info I requested. Will be my go to Excess cover from now on.

No problem renewing. Also grateful they gave a reduced premium.

They didn't respond to my most recent enquiry. I asked for a copy of my certificate of insurance from April 2019 to April 2020. Initially, they sent a copy of my renewal certificate that commences in April 2020. When I thanked them for the wrong one and asked for the one that I'd asked for I received no reply.

Excellent price for the insurance service. Easy to complete online form, good price and paperwork comprehensive. Would definitely recommend them and will be using their services next time I hire a car anywhere in the world.

Great service as always, fast adjustment to my renewal and really quick and easy to process. Very happy and renewing for my third year.

It felt reassuring to have this in place for an emergency trip to London which required me to hire a car, the car hire company were great but do charge a lot to give enough cover to provide peace of mind, I have bought this cheaper cover many times for travel worldwide and would recommend it to others, I would buy cover from this company for future trips

The Insurance is excellent and having just had a claim it covered exactly what we needed. However the claim company confirmed that the claim was approved and would be paid on 2/3 now 26/3 and three chase calls later they are sending the money tomorrow. Reduce my Excess 5 stars, payment company 1 star.

My policy was renewed with money taken without forewarning, l feel that a e-mail to explain the renewal was due would be the least they could do...as travelling now is not possible.

Quick and easy

All worked well when I was researching and buying this product. I can't comment on the claims procedure, as I didn't make one.

I had to cancel my business trip so cancelled the policy before it was due to begin. The refund was back on my credit card almost immediately. Excellent service

Really easy to purchase at a good price. Had to cancel due to current coronavirus crisis, refunded immediately, with one email, unlike my holiday insurance company. Excellent customer service at a challenging period.
