The van was a 25 plate, with a very high spec, and massive capacity. Although there was a glitch at the start of the day due to an EMS error with my intends van, it was sorted quickly. The staff were charming and helpful.

Everything went smoothly at pick-up - quick & effectient. We dropped off at York - also quick & efficient. We had a slight problem with the car at one point and rang Enterprise. Very friendly and tried to be helpful but as it was a very new car (2025) we were all at a loss re the solution. It worked out on its own eventually!

Very disappointing. Poor customer service. "Here are you keys - the car is over there". Lack of introductory information about the vehicle became a factor in a subsequent incident which necessitated a replacement car, which was not supplied for two further days. General misinformation and incompetence

The car and staff were excellent but the 3/4 hr wait in 28.c with no aircon, water or anywhere to sit was totally unacceptable. Ridiculously small building to house five hire car companies. The return wasn’t much better, once you figure out the directions , when you finally get there, another half hour wait to actually give the car to somebody, no room to park , just a nightmare. Even the staff, who throughout it all were excellent, were complaining about the lack of room.

Representative was not particularly obliging. Although our plane arrived slightly earlier than scheduled he refused to deal with our booking until the appointed time of 10am. The car had not been cleaned, prior to pick-up, either inside, or out.

The car was good and we had no problems with it. It was clean on collection. No problems with them on returning it. We were asked for extra money when we picked the car up as they claimed the ravel agent had out the wrong hire period in the booking. When we asked about the CDW the answers were confused. The agent didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. They did refund the overcharge but it should never have happened in the first place. The score would have been 10 but am dropping it to 7 because of the poor pick up experience.

Staff friendly, but new trainee clueless . Misadvice given. Fortunately I’m a seasoned traveller and hire vehicles very often. Vehicle could have been cleaner . Staff race through an absurd script when handing over the vehicle, which is not only embarrassing for them but quite superfluous for the client. New trainee critical of company policy ( ooops) to the client. Overall a satisfactory hire but had no wow factor at all . May try again

Very good, becareful as they have low cost airline pricing strategies as in very cheap but they load on the extras such as £35 per day excess cover.... hence why I use 'reduce my excess'. Be aware, though that you would have to pay out £2000 for any damage no matter how minor and claim it back through 'reduce my cover'.
