Easy to find. Air conditioned office. Polite staff. Car was waiting. Language no problem. Car was clean and everything we used worked well. Car was dented, scraped and scratched on just about every panel. None of these marks were entered on the contract documentation. Upon returning the car it was not inspected so I assume all is ok. (If not I may want to reassess my review)

Car was in great condition. Only complaint was the lack of instruction as to the cars controls. Unfortunately the car was damaged on day 2 of the hire, which was reported to hire company immediately. Explained that the damage had been caused on the car park of a super market local to the hire companies office but they did not seem interested in following up on this (CCTV). The hire company got an estimate of the cost of the repair and this was presented to us on returning the vehicle. The cost of the repair was taken from the excess deposit. All in all I have no problem with this and would definitely use this hire company in the future

The company deducted 672euro from my card on pickup of the car and then refunded it on return. It should have been blocked only. This incurred a significant exchange rate loss for me.

Second time I've used them. Easy to check in online, saving time. Minibus from the airport easy as well. Good cars and staff and they haven't tried to blame me for any damage, which is a worry with some of the cheaper companies. Local company in business for 50 years so they are reliable.

Initially indicated no car available after successful booking. Insistent. One phone call to friendly helpful staff at Rentalcars.com sorted that. Upgrade. Car available no problem. Not particularly friendly service at Hipercar but in the end car ok, price great so who cares.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Big problem was that on paperwork it said the excess would be 'held' on my credit card. However it was actually taken. When i returned the car i didnt get the full deposit back due to exchange rates. I had to telephone my credit card and they reimbursed the balance

The lady at Hiper was so helpful and friendly and answered all our questions and on hearing we had 5 in our party allowed us a slightly bigger car at no extra cost. Was a delight to deal with and answered my menu questions.

Used this company on a number of occasions. They are always courteous and efficient. Car hire prices are very reasonable and they have a full fuel tank hire policy. I have never had any problem getting my deposit back. Highly recommended.
