I cannot get to speak to a human being and this is very frustrating. There is no way to contact anyone if needed urgently

Really easy collection point, just a few mins walk from the terminal. Took a while to collect the car, but was a new Mokka the chap on the desk was very helpful, running through all the paperwork with me, then when my husband joined us, he refused to talk to me and spoke only to my husband!

Quick and efficient
We were forced to accept an Electric Vehicle after booking a conventional car. Whilst the car was a pleasure to drive, the charging infrastructure is not up to the job. Our last day was ruined due to wasting approximately 3 hours trying to find a charging point that worked with our rental car. We were not alone, everyone we met at various charging points were having the same issue. Hertz/e-motum thank you for wasting our last days holiday.

Relatively poor service on piack up. Rushed and did not have a porper opportu ity to exmaine the car for defects. Defects listing only emailed to me, im;ossible to review in a dark car park
