Appalling and dangerous. I was given a car whose illegal front tyres were so badly worn because of misaligned tracking they were almost down to the casing and the metal threads were showing through. I only noticed this the next day when I could see both tyres in clear daylight. The discussion with Budget took some hours, the car being eventually trailered away. Budget could not find a replacement car locally and offered me a taxi back to Blagnac with a cost limit so I would have had to pay for about half the taxi fare and which would have taken a number of hours which I could not afford. I shall be making a formal complaint and will expect return of my money and compensation for hiring me a potentially lethal vehicle.

Very easy pick up I was contacted by Budget before my trip to check in with all the documents you have to provide on arrival. All I had to do when I got there was to show my passport. Within 5 minutes I was driving away

No problems, whatsoever. I recommend photographing the car, checking the fault sheet with their service garage and taken pictures at drop off. If anything does go wrong, you're prepared.

We used 2 different cars during our holiday. We needed a larger car to start with and they did not initially give us the size requested, we had to argue for it so that was a bad start. The second car had a broken lock barrell which was not on their listing and I failed to notice. Luckily it showed on a photo I took so I was believed. Message is always be thorough when checking the car over and getting photos. The cars themselves were good and gave no problems.
