We hired a car for 3 weeks from 5.3.20. The process of collecting the car could not have been easier, the price was good value and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Usually we have our own top up insurance, but the cost of theirs was so reasonable that we decided to take advantage of it. The process of finding and returning the car was also simple. We would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

AutoReisen are an excellently company to deal with. A deposit is not required and there is no pressure to purchase insurance or other add ons. Prices are very reasonable. They are efficient and fair.

Easy to book, and easy pick up and drop off. Newish car in good condition. Best thing though is that there was no pressure selling at any point to take out extra insurance etc. - there is even no excess on the rental agreement so you know what you're paying for when you book. This is how car hire should be! Will have no hesitation in using them again.

Not really happy with the €500 excess deducted from credit card against possible damage. I assumed it would be blocked against the card but it was actually deducted which means I will have to pay it out before it gets refunded as my credit card month end occurred mid hire period. Car was ok. Service / pick up /drop off was quick and easy.

Excellent. No interest at all in selling extra insurance, indeed this company have no excess and insure you almost comprehensively as standard, but are the lowest priced in the Canaries. The only thing they don't cover is your wheels and suspension (so worth having excess insurance just for this). They never inspect your car on return and I've never had an issue. Amazing (pity they're only in the Canaries).

Our car was top notch and a blown fuse was repaired on the spot in minutes. It is unlikely I will ever use another company if Autoreisen is available.

What an excellent company. No security deposit required and zero excess. We also got a free of charge upgrade to the excellent C4, Citroën Cactus, which was almost brand new and a pleasure to drive. With friendly staff and quick service they are the best car hire company in the Canaries in our opinion.
