Offered me an automatic or manual which was brilliant to start with as I only drive automatics at home. Process was quick and efficient, staff very helpful. Car was excellent, no issues. Dropped off back at airport where a member of staff was in the car park, so didn’t even have to drop the keys off. Would use them again as best price also.

Alamo/Enterprise staff at Luxembourg could not have been more relaxed and helpful. gave us a choice of car and when we returned the vehicle on Sunday and their desk was not staffed, an employee from another company accepted the returned keys on their behalf.

At first the employee said that there was damage on the bumper and asked if someone had reversed into me or me into them. I said that to my knowledge no-one had reversed into me and I certainly hadn't reversed into anyone. I added that the car was parked in the same car park I always use and I deliberately chose an area of the park well away from other cars .Also it remained there until this morning when I drove back to the airport. I said if someone had reversed into me where was the damage? She pointed out a long scuff mark along the bumper and asked if I had noticed it when I inspected the car on the day I picked it up . I wasn't given any paperwork as is what usually happens when I hire a car at Carcassonne airport but was told the car was new and had no scratches . I inspected the car and saw there were no scratches and drove off. It is obviously her word against mine. When I said this has never happened before as I am extremely careful and only use the hire car to get from the airport to my home. Her reply was," these things happen." She said they would hold onto £1000 credit card until the work had been done - it shouldn't cost much and had I taken out insurance with them?I said I had organised my own insurance. Obviously I feel annoyed as i took great care and the scuff mark( there is no dent or long scratch with another colour of paint- it looks like someone has rubbed a cloth against it ).I am concerned they will say it needed extensive repairs- to me that is not the case as it hasn't damaged the paintwork.

disgrace the car broke down so we took it back the guy paul johan came out went all round the car said it was all good charged me for the fuel i had used said 85 euros then said 68 euros signed the car off said it was all good gave me a replacement car so far so good when we to the replacement car back at the end of the hire period which was the next day i was told there was damage on a wheel and i had to pay 460 poundsi pointed out the car had been checked he said he was rushing and missed we tried to argue the fact heed signed it off but they wouldn't budge worried about missing our flight we had to pay now have to try and get our money back

The office was not in the airport lounge but in the car park. The car, a Seat, kept cutting out. There was a fault on the petrol gauge - even when the fuel was overflowing the dial only read half full. This meant that I ended up giving them half a tanl of fule as I was told that the fuel policy was not full to full as advertised but same to same and that when I picked the car up it was half full.

Quick and simple pick up and drop off service. However during the drop-off I noticed that they had added excess protection to my final bill at the cost of over 100 euros which had I not noticed I would have had to try and reclaim when I got home, they said that thier system sometimes does this??
